We use Colombian coffee beans packed in a recently used West Virginian bourbon barrel for 6 weeks. The barrel is rolled every day to expose all of the beans to the interior wood of the barrel. The coffee beans are slow roasted to peak flavor and bagged immediately to seal in the unique "whisky barrel" aroma.
Aroma notes: Bourbon, Honey, Sweet Apple, Vanilla
Tasting Notes: Red Apple, Light Caramel, Oaky with a dry-wine finish
