Colombian coffee beans were packed in a recently used West Virginian bourbon barrel for 6 weeks. The barrel was rolled every day to expose all of the beans to the interior wood of the barrel. The coffee beans have been slow roasted to peak flavor and bagged immediately to seal in the unique "whisky barrel" aromas.
Aroma notes: Honey, Sweet Apple, Vanilla
Tasting Notes: Red Apple, Light Caramel, Oaky with a dry-wine finish
