This is our Dark Roast blend. I call it a "steakhouse blend". It's strong and dark, the perfect after diner coffee with cake and ice cream. We did this as a custom blend a few years ago for a wine shop that has since moved away. Their former customers kept calling me for this coffee, so we re-named it and added it to our regular offering. "Back by popular demand"
