Shipping & Returns

Our flat rate shipping charge is $7.00 on all purchases under $40.00. All orders over $40.00 will be shipped at no charge. Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail with a delivery time of 2-5 days.

We roast our coffee once it is ordered to insure the freshest product possible. Shipping will not affect the quality of our coffee since fresh roasted coffee beans need 24-48 hours to "rest" after roasting.

Below is an estimated time of arrival for packages shipped by Lake Gaston Coffee Company. Please allow 2-5 days for processing and shipping of orders. At this time, we only ship throughout the United States of America.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coffee purchase, we ask that you send us a picture of the label showing the "Roasted On" date and a detailed description of the problem within 14 days in order to refund your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-coffee merchandise, let us help you with an exchange or return within 14 days.
