This class will be taught by Mark Sminkey.
Mark did an intro to sourdough baking class last year that was standing room only! There will be bread samples and other door prizes.  
Tea, coffee, and water will be provided.
 
This class will be held at our 104 Wellington Way location, Sunday Feb 22, 3-5pm.
